Latest Projects

Our current HDP Fund III project is the construction of a 155-room Residence Inn by Marriott located near the Jacksonville Mayo Clinic.

The Residence Inn Jacksonville Mayo Clinic Area hotel opened on May 21, 2021. The 155-room all-suite hotel was developed by HDP Fund III to accommodate guest demand generated by the Mayo Clinic, as well as leisure and corporate guests.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Alpharetta GA broke ground in October 2017 and opened in January 2019. HDP Fund II, in a Joint Venture with Alex Brown Realty, developed the 115-room hotel near Avalon, a mixed use development with retail, restaurants, movie theaters and a convention center. Alpharetta is one of the newest and fastest growing suburbs north of Atlanta.
